The following terms & conditions apply on any service you purchase from Enter Persia.
All tours and services are designed and operated by ENTER PERSIA.
We would kindly appreciate if you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms before purchasing any product. If you’re purchasing the services for more than one name, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all the clients mentioned in the booking, and by such travel, all participants indicate their assent to these Terms.
A booking is confirmed and the terms apply as soon as ENTER PERSIA or any authorized agent acting on behalf of ENTER PERSIA, receives the applicable deposit from the client and the client has receives confirmation from ENTER PERSIA. The Client confirming the booking must be no less than 18 years of age and agree to provide full, complete and accurate information as requested by ENTER PERSIA to confirm such booking. Any client confirming a booking on any Products with more than one name warrants to us that they have all requisite consents and authority to make such booking on behalf of all the other Clients mentioned on the booking. They will inform all other named Clients on the relevant booking of the applicability of these Terms to the booking and the Clients’ relationship with ENTER PERSIA.
Here in ENTER PERSIA, we will accommodate your special requests, including dietary, accommodation and tailor-made itineraries, but these requests do not part from the Terms or the contract between clients and ENTER PERSIA.
The published price of any product may change at any time due to the nature of travel. Tours are priced and advertised exclusive of applicable sales taxes. After a Confirmation Invoice has been issued to the client, ENTER PERSIA reserves the right to impose surcharges on any product, but only for reasons arising from increases in transportation costs, fuel costs, dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airport charges, local operator costs, currency and exchange fluctuations, increases in taxes, or government action which impacts the price of the applicable product(s), but only where the increase in question is greater than 2% of the original price paid for the product. We shall provide notice to the affected client as soon as reasonably possible upon learning of the necessity to impose a surcharge in accordance with this section.
The price quoted at the time of booking shall be the applicable price for all dates, itineraries and prices are indicative only and, subject to the surcharges that may be levied in accordance with these Terms. Changes, revisions, or other amendments may be made to the particulars contained in any brochure or on our website before a contract is concluded, and such changes, revisions or amendments shall be incorporated herein as of the date of such amendment.
Clients acknowledge that due to the changing nature of travel, they are responsible for keeping up to date on the details of their travel on our website, including, but not limited to checking the website at least 72 hours prior to departure to ensure the client has the most current Trip Details for the relevant Product tour as minor changes may have been made since the confirmation of booking.
Your reservation is confirmed upon our receipt of requested deposit which is based on the package you select.

If you cancel your trip for any reason, a cancellation fee will be applied based on the time when we receive your cancellation request. The remainder will be refunded in within 15 working days.
